Out and About

On Sunday we took a walk through a cute town outside of Frankfurt. It is very quiet on Sundays as most everything is closed on Sundays in Germany. It is still a bit chilly over here as we head into spring. Hoping it warms up soon so that we can do more exploring. There are so many nice parks everywhere!

Music Time

Landon loves playing with his musical table. He is also moving really well now in his own commando style crawl. There is no holding him back when there is a tower of blocks to be toppled or a ball to be grabbed and slobbered all over!

St. Patty's Day!

Landon wanted to wish everyone a Happy Belated St. Patrick's Day!!

Lots of Practice...

Landon is busy practicing his pre-crawling skills. He is not crawling yet, but finds many creative ways to get where he wants to go. He had his first little cold this week, which wasn't too bad. We are still anxiously awaiting spring here. Every once in a while we get a nice day and we get our hopes up. Hope everyone back in the U.S. is doing well!! Miss you!!!

PLAYDATES!

Here are a couple of pics of Landon and Freddie from our visit with them yesterday. Even though it was a rainy & dreary day we had a nice time. We were able to walk around and check out Wiesbaden (where they live) a little bit. Landon is definitely interested in other babies for sure. We had another playdate today in our neighborhood and he got to play with 6 little friends. He loves being around people!!

I CAN DO IT!

Landon loves to practice feeding himself! He had a good time today with his carrots. Yesterday Landon met some playmates for a playdate in our neighborhood. He had a great time and loved watching the older kids crawl around. Tomorrow he gets to meet up again with his friend Freddie as we are visiting him and his parents. We hope to get some good pics to post later!

ACTIVE BUG

Landon is definitely getting around more recently! He is not crawling yet, but he has figured out how to get where he wants to go. He rolls everwhere and changes directions by spinning on his tummy. Somehow he often ends up under the chair because that is apparently really interesting and funny! He also loves standing at his little toy table and playing. On a side note, we are scheduled to get delivery of our car today! Yay! We will finally have wheels again...look out Germany. :)

FRANKFURT

It was a nice weekend here in Germany as the weather warmed up just a bit. We ventured to downtown Frankfurt for a walk and some good German sausage and apple wine. Landon had a good time people watching and squealing at the passerbys.
