Hershey Half Marathon

It was a beautiful day to watch everyone who was running in the Half Marathon! The boys cheered on Daddy, PopPop, Uncle Tanny, Holly, and Aunt Julie during the race. They had plenty of entertainment with their cousins Zachary and Madison, Uncle George and Grandma Russell.

Landon's First Race!!

Landon was super excited to run in his first race. It was the Fun Run at Hershey and even though he was fighting a cold he was very into it! He kept jumping up and down and looking very serious at the start line. He told us later that he was telling his friends that he was going to beat them. (Yikes!) He has already been asking when his next race is so it looks like Daddy is going to have a running partner! He was so cute to watch!!!

HersheyPark!

We were in Hershey last weekend for Ryan to run the half marathon and Landon to run his first race as well. But first we checked out HersheyPark. The boys enjoyed riding the rides and playing games. Landon really liked the rides and even got on one by himself! Gavin's favorite part was getting all of the stuffed animals when someone would win a game ;)

GLOW STICKS!!

The glow sticks that Grandma & PopPop brought down were a big hit with the boys. Here they are having a good time with them outside and then taking them into Gavin's dark bedroom. They could have played with them all night...they thought it was so cool!

Grandma & PopPop Visit

The boys were in heaven this weekend when Grandma & PopPop came to visit. Here they are having fun wearing them out!!

Cox Farms Fall Festival

On Thursday evening we checked out the Fall Festival at Cox Farms in Centreville, VA. It was a really cool place that was perfect for little kids. Lots of hay to climb, animals to check out, slides to go down, cool things like wooden trains to play on and of course a hay ride around the farm.

Landon is a busy boy...

Landon loves to keep busy and loves to do crafts and play games. Here are some pics of him painting and glittering some pinecones we collected. He has also been busy taking swim lessons with Mommy the past month and kinda likes it. He is not enjoying putting his face in the water at all but hopefully it will get easier ;) The goggles he picked out help a little bit, but not too much!
