Here are the boys in their cute matching outfits that Grandma & Grandpa Russell sent over this week (along with two of Landon's favorite things...books and candy treats!-not necessarily in that order)














Gavin moved from his bassinet in our room and into his big crib in his own room this week. It seems to agree with him as he has been sleeping in 12 to 13 hour stretches! Mommy still has to adjust to the new schedule as I am waking up a few times a night to check on him.

Trick-or-Treat: Part 1

On Friday we went to the Consulate for the toddler trick-or-treating and walked around to all of the different offices! Landon had a great time and enjoyed his treats. Needless to say by the time we were finished and he had sampled a couple of treats along the way, he was quite energized! Gavin as usual was a sweet, happy baby and went along for the ride.

Pumpkin Painting!

Landon had a great time painting and drawing on some pumpkins this week. He kept saying "I'm making a circle Mommy!" So excited!! Gavin had a good time playing in his exersaucer, well at least for part of the time, until he had enough and wanted out. He is still rolling everywhere and is really trying to push his butt up in the air to try to crawl. Then Mommy is gonna be in for some trouble!! ;)

Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend we headed out to the pumpkin patch to pick some pumpkins with the boys! Halloween is not a big deal here but we were able to find a little patch of pumpkins and squash that a little old German lady owned and sold her pumpkins. It was a cold, foggy and muddy day at the patch.

Fall Fun!

We have been enjoying the fall weather when we can here in Germany! It doesn't last long enough and winter will be here so soon. Landon loves jumping in the leaves and collecting them to bring them home as well.

Gavin is 5 Months Old!!

Gavin is 5 months old and full of energy...just like his big brother! He is wearing 9 month clothes and they don't have a ton of room left in them. He is a squirmy lttle boy that doesn't want to sit still, but still loves to be held! He thinks the funniest thing in the world is his brother. Landon gets him to belly laugh all of the time! Here are some pics from the last week or so of our cute little guy! He is a sweet boy :)

Siena, Italy

Well, after an exciting and tiring 5 days in Rome we headed out of the big city and went back into beautiful Tuscany and stayed in Siena for two nights. It was the perfect way to end our two week adventure. The town was relaxing and had a beautiful town square (below). I climbed up to the top of the city tower and got some great views of the town and the Tuscan countryside (below).

The gelato (ice cream) was amazing...we actually visited this place twice in one day it was so good!!
