Last days of summer...

The boys have been having a fun time this summer. They keep getting sillier and sillier and love to make each other laugh. Here are some pics of them from the last couple of weeks. Tomorrow we are off to the Outer Banks for our beach vacation. Will post more later...

Old Town Alexandria Picnic

It was great to catch up with friends of ours for a picnic down in Old Town last weekend. Landon and Gavin had a fun time playing with their little boys Bryson and Rhys, even though it was hot and super humid. Ugh!! Nothing a post picnic visit to an ice cream shop couldn't fix ;)

Community BBQ

We had a great time at our Community BBQ last week...Landon's favorite part of course was the chocolate ice cream with sprinkles (his fave). He liked the fire trucks, etc. but was not quite sure about being in one. Gavin just loved being able to run around everywhere as you can see in the background of one of the pics!

He loves the water...

Landon loves going to the community pool whenever we get the chance. He is getting more comfortable in the water and will be starting swim lessons next month with his buddy Sam. Just a little over a week until we leave for the beach where he will get lots of pool/beach time!

Keeping busy...

The boys are keeping busy this summer. Lots of playtime, walks in the wagon, visits to the library and playgrounds and water table time. It has been a hot summer but a fun one! The boys are quite the characters and are already cracking each other up with their antics. They definitely get each other worked up ;) They are definitely best friends and we hope it stays that way for a long time !!
