Three Peas in a Pod

September 2013:

These three cuties love to be together and they are having a ton of fun now that Kayla is mobile and getting around. They get a kick out of each other and we couldn't ask for two better big brothers. They are sweet, considerate and watch out for their baby sister.

Landon and Gavin shared the bottom bunk the first couple of months that we lived here. Now that school started and Landon was ready to sleep up top they get excited to sleep together on the weekends. Here they are on the bottom and going to sleep in their tent!

Reisingers Visit

September 2013:

The Reisingers came in for the weekend to visit and the kids had a great time! They love playing with their big cousins :)

Swing!

September 2013:

Kayla tested out her swing for the first time and liked it for about two minutes. To this day she still wants in the swing and once she starts to move she puts her arms up to get back down. Looks like she is taking after Gavin and not loving the baby swings. Landon was a big fan though! I love seeing how each one is similar and different to each other and completely unique as well.

Fun with Bows!!

September 2013:

Between Mommy and Grandma Cacka, Kayla has quite a collection of bows to accessorize with. Here she is modeling some of them this month! She is so gorgeous and that smile just melts me every time.

Gavin Joins Soccer!

September 2013:

Gavin wanted to try out soccer after watching Landon play the last couple of years. He is a bit timid in new situations so we thought he might feel better if Daddy was his coach. He did well especially during the practice time. During game times he was a bit more unsure. He followed the ball around but did not want to engage and try to actually get the ball. He was so cute to watch and always looked forward to his favorite part...the snack!

Kayla's First Food!!!

September 2013:

The time has come for little miss Kayla to try some real food. Here she is trying some rice cereal and enjoying the new experience. The boys were sooo excited for her to eat and of course everyone wanted a chance to feed her, She is the most loved little girl in the world!

Maggie Visits for the Day!

September 2013:

Maggie's sitter couldn't watch her so we had an impromptu playdate with her one day this month. Landon was away for his half day of school (Steeler Day!...love being back in da burgh) and Gavin and Maggie had a fun morning together. Landon was excited to join in when he got home. I tried laying Gavin and Maggie down for naps in separate rooms but that wasn't going to happen. At one point Gavin had snuck into Maggie's room and was hiding under the covers. Too much excitement ;)

Kid's Bedrooms

September 2013:

Here are some pics of the kid's bedrooms now that we are settled in and they are mostly done being decorated. I had fun with the girlie colors in Kayla's room and the boys decided to go with superheroes in their room. They were pretty excited about moving into the new house as they were promised bunk beds and superheroes. Little boys dreams!
